What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the tariffwise.ai website, the free classifier demo, and the early-access list. Tariffwise is the brand operating this site; contact for all matters is hello@tariffwise.ai. The product is pre-launch: there are no user accounts, no paid plans and no service subscriptions yet. By using the site you accept these terms.
Estimates, not rulings
Everything the demo produces, including HS/HTS codes, duty and tax rates, and landed-cost figures, is an AI-generated best-effort estimate provided for general guidance. It is not a binding customs ruling, not legal advice, not tax advice, and not a substitute for a licensed customs broker or the determinations of a customs authority. You are responsible for verifying any classification or rate before relying on it in a filing, a price, or a contract. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tariffwise is not liable for duties, taxes, penalties, holds or losses arising from reliance on demo output.
Fair use of the demo
The demo is free for genuine, human evaluation. Do not scrape it, hammer it with automated traffic, resell its output as a service, or attempt to break or overload it. We rate-limit and may block abusive use. Do not submit unlawful content or other people's confidential information.
The early-access list
Joining the list reserves nothing contractually: it records your interest, and we invite people in as capacity opens. Early access is free while we build. The pricing shown on this site is planned launch pricing and can change before launch; if it changes for the worse, early-access members will be told before being asked to pay anything.
Intellectual property
The site's design, copy and code belong to Tariffwise. Classifications you generate in the demo are yours to use; we would appreciate, but do not require, attribution when you share them.
The service is provided as-is
This is a pre-launch site offered as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may change, pause or shut down any part of it at any time.
