Who we are

Tariffwise is the brand operating this website at tariffwise.ai. It is a pre-launch product: the site exists to show a working demo and collect an early-access list. For anything in this policy, contact hello@tariffwise.ai.

What we collect, and why

• Early-access signups. If you join the list we store your email address, the confirmation status, when you signed up, which button you used, basic UTM parameters if you arrived from a link that carried them, and the IP address and browser user agent of the signup request (kept for spam protection). If you use the enterprise option, the company name you choose to enter.
• Demo inputs. The product description, countries and value you type into the classifier are sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) to generate your result, and a cached copy of the result may be kept temporarily so repeated queries stay fast. Do not paste anything confidential into the demo.
• Server logs. Standard web-server logs (IP, URL, timestamp) kept briefly for security and debugging.

That is the whole list. There are no user accounts, no payments and no advertising trackers on this site.

What we do with your email

One confirmation code when you sign up, then an email when your early-access spot opens, and occasional meaningful product updates. No spam, and we do not sell, rent or share the list with anyone. Every email includes a way to get off the list, and you can also just ask at hello@tariffwise.ai.

Your data stays yours

We claim no ownership of anything you type into the demo. We do not build profiles from your inputs or use them for advertising. Cached demo results are keyed to the input text, not to you.

Processors we rely on

Hosting infrastructure for this website, Google (Gemini API) for generating demo classifications, and an email delivery provider for the confirmation code. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Your rights

Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, including removing you from the early-access list entirely. We answer these requests directly and without run-around.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update this page and the date at the top. This policy is written in plain English on purpose; if any part is unclear, ask.
