Who we are

What we collect, and why

• Account signups. If you create an account we store your email address, the confirmation status, when you signed up, which button you used, basic UTM parameters if you arrived from a link that carried them, and the IP address and browser user agent of the signup request (kept for spam protection). If you use the enterprise option, the company name you choose to enter.
• Your account and workspace. Your name, email, a hashed password, the workspace name, the people you invite to it and their roles, and your API key in hashed form only.
• Classifications. The product descriptions, SKUs, countries and values you classify, in the panel, by CSV or through the API, and the results we return, saved to your workspace history so your team can audit them. Uploaded CSV files are read once; we keep the parsed rows and results, not the file.
• Billing. Your plan, billing period and subscription status. Card details are entered on the payment operator's page and never reach our servers.
• Classifier inputs. The product description and countries are sent to our AI model provider to generate the result, and a cached copy of the result may be kept for up to 24 hours so repeated queries stay fast.
• Server logs. Standard web-server logs (IP, URL, timestamp) kept briefly for security and debugging.

Advertising measurement

We advertise on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. When you arrive from one of our ads, we keep the ad click identifier (such as gclid or msclkid), the campaign parameters and the page you landed on in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days, and store them with your signup, account and workspace, so we know which ads lead to signups and purchases. Pages of this site load the Google Ads tag and the Microsoft Advertising UET tag, which tell Google and Microsoft when a signup or purchase happens, together with the plan price for a purchase. We never send them your name, email address, the products you classify or payment details, and we do not load these tags on invitation or unsubscribe links. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, and the site keeps working.

What we do with your email

A confirmation code when you sign up or sign in by code, team invitations someone sends you, and occasional meaningful product updates. No spam, and we do not sell, rent or share the list with anyone. Every email includes a way to get off the list, and you can also just ask at [email protected].

Your data stays yours

We claim no ownership of anything you classify. We do not build profiles from your inputs or use them for advertising, and your history is visible only to the members of your workspace. Cached results are keyed to the input text, not to you.

Processors we rely on

A hosting provider for this website and its database, an AI model provider for generating classifications, a payment operator for subscriptions, and an email delivery provider for codes and invitations. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Your rights

Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, including removing your account entirely. We answer these requests directly and without run-around.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update this page and the date at the top. This policy is written in plain English on purpose; if any part is unclear, ask.
